The news of the triple whammy in Japan last March 11th ,2011, spread around the world almost instantly. People halfway across the world witnessed the devastation as it happened on their computers, via live web streams and cell phone snapshots. Millions more watched the same footage minutes to hours later in the same way. It's hard to deny that online video played a large role in the aftermath of this tragic natural disaster.

I am blessed in that I am living in Tochigi Prefecture, Utsunomiya City. So, so far this area is better off than others.
In the place where I am living I have neighbors from America who is also working as an English Teacher, a Filipino engineer and a lady from Vietnam. We decided not to leave the place because, we have a full understand that Utsunomiya is not so much affected by the earthquake, tsunami and the radiation level is not so high, that can harm our health.

My Children goes to school on a daily basis, they can play outside without anxiety.
We can drink the tap water and can eat spinach same as before. We are no longer experiencing the blackout or the loss of electric power. As of now, we need to support Japan, by understanding that there are still places where we can be safe and one of them is Utsunomiya. The whole world believes that Japan can see a brighter tomorrow!!!!

Allow me to share this quote;
People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.

Hello. This is Jenna speaking.
I have lived in Nasu for fifteen years.
I want to introduce Nasu town to you today.
Nasu is located 170km from Tokyo and has beautiful vacation homes and hot springs in the highlands off the majestic Nasu mountain range. Plus is known for being a vacation haven for the emperor. The nostalgic atmosphere attracts about 5 million visitors per year.
Famous as a highland resort where you can have a relaxing time.
In Japanese catchphrase is 「ホットしよう那須」.

I feel sad lately. Because the number of visitors decreases.
Please come to my town.
Welcome to Nasu!

Nós estávamos no Japão nesse momento.
