Manufacturing, Land Cargo Transport, Warehousing, Packing, Wholesale, Retail (for distribution facilities only), and the 16 business trades classified under the former gIntelligent Location Lawh (¦ see below).
However, those instances pertaining to (B) in the above gGuidelinesh are limited to the Manufacturing Industry and the 16 business trades of the former gIntelligent Location Lawh.

Objective
For establishing new factories, etc., in zoned areas within the prefecture that have been defined under various laws and ordinances. (With the exception of a few special circumstances.) Special favor is given to regional public organizations, their invested corporations and the national government for acquiring and establishing new facilities at industrial complexes within the Prefecture. The gGrow-Uph Loan is intended for the 6 ggrowth fieldsh specified in Tochigifs basic plan to promote the creation of new enterprise; large-scale investment in such companies will lead to a more progressive economy that encourages growth, one that has a visible effect on factors like job creation, etc.
Loan Limit One billion yen. Two billion yen. 500 million yen.
