１.　When install or modify its construction or size of the the septic tank certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provision of Article 13 of the Septic Tank Act.
　　Documents specified by the Mayor of the municipality.

２.　When install or modify its construction or size of the septic tank NOT certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provision of Article 13 of the Septic Tank Act.

　（２）　Specification document
　（３）　Processing flow chart
　（４）　Design calculation document
　（５）　Listed documents from (2) to (6) on above paragraph 1.

Municipal Environment Conservation Administrative Section in charge which ruling the place of the installation.

How
(Examination Contents)

Examine whether the notification complies with the requirements on submission, and the notification is accepted when conforms.
