When intend to install structures, etc. in special reservation areas of game reservation areas.

Who
(Procedure Targets)

Those who intend to do water body reclamation, reclamation, felling trees and bamboos, or installation of structures, etc. However, an application is not required for the acts recognized not generally harmful for the game reserve and breeding (designated by prefectural governors).

What

A Special Reserve Area (name of acts)Permission Application listed with the type of acts, purpose, conditions of the place and neighbors, construction method, and planned date of commencement and completion.

(Procedure Office)

Each municipal section in charge ( Authority had been transferred to municipalities since April 1,2007).

How
(Examination Contents)

Whether to comply with the criteria of the permission, or acts are likely to cause risks for the conservation of the game reservation and breeding.

Processing Period

Office Authority Application: Total 60 days,
Head Office Authority Application: Total 80 days.
