・Registered map and designated area registered map.
・Actual measured cross section (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Actual measured longitudinal section (scale and slope shall be described accurately).
・Structure Structural Drawing (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Actual measured area calculated drawing (about a scale of 1:500).
・Calculation documents (summarized data by the number of the type of construction type)
・Current status photos.
・Acknowledgement, etc. of interested parties.
