・Erosion Control Designated Area Action Permission Application.

・Location drawings(a scale of 1:50,000) ・Business profiles explanation documents(describe the purpose and reason of action "Use" simply and appropriately). ・Business influences measures(describe the effects of the erosion control in flood control simply and appropriately). ・Actual measured plane drawing (Basically a scale of 1:1,000). ・Registered map and designated area registered map. ・Actual measured cross section (Basically a scale of 1:1,000). ・Actual measured longitudinal section (scale and slope shall be described accurately). ・Structure Structural Drawing (Basically a scale of 1:1,000). ・Actual measured area calculated drawing (about a scale of 1:500). ・Calculation documents (summarized data by the number of the type of construction type) ・Current status photos. ・Acknowledgement, etc. of interested parties. ＜Some of the above documents may not be required depends on the contents of applications.＞ For further details, please inquire to "Contact for Inquiries".
