・Business influences measures(describe the effects of the erosion control in flood control simply and appropriately).
・Actual measured plane drawing (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Registered map and designated area registered map.
・Actual measured cross section (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Actual measured longitudinal section (scale and slope shall be described accurately).
・Structure Structural Drawing (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Actual measured area calculated drawing (about a scale of 1:500).
・Calculation documents (summarized data by the number of the type of construction type)
・Current status photos.
・Acknowledgement, etc. of interested parties.

To examine submitted documents whether the contents of applications are not harmful from the stand point of flood controls and erosion controls.
