Followings are applicable when procedures based on laws or ordinances, etc. are required.

(Procedure Targets)
Those who intend to do following acts within landslide prevention areas.
・Acts to increase the underground water by attracting or stagnating underground water, or to disturb the functions of the drainage facilities and other acts to disturb the drainage of underground water.
・Acts to drain or stagnate ground surface water, or other acts to encourage the penetration of ground surface water.
・Cutting of slope surface, cutting of land specified by Cabinet Order.
・New construction or improvement of reservoir, waterway, or other facilities or structures except landslide prevention facilities. which specified by Cabinet Order
・Acts to disturb the prevention of landslide, or to encourage or induce landslide, and specified by Cabinet Order.

・Application.
・Location drawing (a scale of 1:50,000).
・Business Profiles Explanations
・Actual measured plane view (principally a scale of more than 1:1,000).
・Registered map and designated area registered map.
・Actual measured volume calculation drawing (about a scale of 1:500).
・Actual structural drawing (principally a scale of 1: 100).
・Actual measured cross section (Basically a scale of 1:1,000).
・Actual measured longitudinal section (scale and slope shall be described accurately).
・Current status photos.
