Followings are applicable when procedures based on laws or ordinances, etc. are required.

1. Those who intend to install or modify specific facilities.

2. Those who intend to drain sewage in the volume (more than 50 m3) and quality as specified by Cabinet Order.
What

1. Specific Facility Installation Notice, Specific Facility Structure,etc. Modification Notification.
  The type, structure, and method of usage of the specific facilities, and the processing of sewage, volume   and quality of sewage, etc.
2. Public Sewage Usage Starting Notice.
  Volume and quality of water.

How
(Examination Contents)
1. Specific Facility Installation Notice, Specific Facility Structure,etc. Modification Notification.
  ・To examine if the water quality of the drainage drained to public sewage satisfy the sewage criteria at the   outlet to the public sewage.
  ・If it is recognized not to satisfy the criteria, the change of the planning may be ordered.
2. Public Sewage Usage Starting Notice.
  ・To check the volume and water quality of drained sewage, and to instruct the installation of facilities for   removal of harms when it is required.
Flow of Procedures
Processing Period Approximately 1 month.(max. 60 days)
