When making new construction or extension of buildings, prior to the application or notification pursuant to the rules set forth in the buildings and land use related regulations, etc.

Who
(Procedure Targets)

Those who intend to construct the buildings of 13 m or higher, or the construction area of 1,000 m2 or larger, in the urbanization promotion areas, the urbanization control areas, or other than the use districts of non-delineated city planning areas stipulated in the city planning.

What
(Documents)

Advance Consultation Application listing the building area, height of the buildings, the vacant lot ratio, the width of the greenbelt, etc. and attached documents (location map, copy of the cadastral map. land use plans, etc.)
