To submit a woodland development application listed with the location of the forest pertaining to the development acts, the land area size, and purposes of the development, etc., with a location map, an area map and below listed documents.

1. Planning for development acts
2, Documents certifying that considerable number of consent are obtained with beneficiaries
3. Registered items certificate, etc. for the person intend to be permitted

If unable to download, it is available at the prefectural hall citizen plaza or regional government office Co-op shop for 170 yen a copy.

In Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Nikko, Otawara, Yaita, Nasushiobara, Nasukarasuyama, Mibu, Nogi, Nasu, and Nakagawa, supervisory section of the relevant municipality.

・No possibility of causing disasters
・No possibility of causing flooding
・No possibility of causing a substantial difficulties for securing water
・No possibility of causing a substantial deteriorations for environment.
Examines securing forest ratio, forest width, etc.

Processing Period Office Authority Application: Total 60 days
Head Office Authority Application: Total 80 days
