The notification describing the specification of well and pump-up equipment, planned pump-up volume of underground water, measuring method of pump-up volume etc. for the installation of the Specific Pump-up Facilities.

For the notification of installation, to examine whether to comply with the requirements of the notification, and to make receipt when it is recognized to comply.
