Those who intend to do following activities within the Steep Slope Collapse Dangerous Areas.

・Activities to drain or stagnate water, or other activities to encourage the penetration of water.
・Installation or modification of reservoir, waterway and other facilities except preventive facilities for steep slope collapse.
・Cutting of slope surface, cutting of land, excavating or banking.
・Transportation of trees or bamboos by sliding-down or pulling on the ground.
・Felling of trees or bamboos.
・Taking or clustering of soil and stones.
・Activities which may encourage or induce the collapse of step slope, and specified by Cabinet Order.
What
(Documents)
・Application for the Permission of Acts within Steep Slope Collapse Dangerous Areas
・Planning documents and planning drawings.
・Location drawings(a scale of 1:50,000)
・Actually measured plane view and designated area plane view (a scale of 1:500 or 1: 1,000).
・Registered map and designated area registered map.
・Actual measured volume calculation drawing (a scale of 1:500 or 1:1,000).
・Actual measured structural drawing (a scale of more than 1:200).
・Actual measured horizontal cross section drawing (a scale of more than 1:200).
・Current status photos.
・A document certifying that applicant is authorised to perform the activities or to be surely authorised.
・A written acceptance (when unable to get an acceptance, a statement of reasons).

<Some of the above documents may not be required depends on the contents of applications.>
